Booking Information
Booking Policy
- A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits are applied toward the final service total.
- Remaining balance is CASH ONLY.
- Exact cash is required, and no change is provided.
- Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
- Clients must arrive with clean, detangled hair.
- Clients should send their desired style when booking.
- Arriving 30 minutes late or more may result in additional charges or cancellation.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full service amount.
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Additional Service Fees
- Extra Length +$20
- Any additional services requested after booking will be charged separately.
