Booking Information

Booking Policy

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
  • Deposits are applied toward the final service total.
  • Remaining balance is CASH ONLY.
  • Exact cash is required, and no change is provided.
  • Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
  • Clients must arrive with clean, detangled hair.
  • Clients should send their desired style when booking.
  • Arriving 30 minutes late or more may result in additional charges or cancellation.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full service amount.
  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Additional Service Fees

  • Extra Length +$20
  • Any additional services requested after booking will be charged separately.
  • Final pricing may vary based on length, size, and complexity.
